Staying on the 3rd floor was very comfortable and clean, offering a quiet night's sleep. The hotel's location in the old town, overlooking the central square where restaurant and evening activities took place, added charm but seemed in need of refurbishment.

I expected larger rooms, but overall they were very comfortable with good beds, shower, and cleanliness, featuring a classic style decoration. The hotel's spa staff might need more training, and the restaurant service could be better organized. However, the helpfulness of some staff members like Joana stood out. The location felt like a charming mountain village with lovely morning sun, though the dining experience could improve slightly. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel offers a unique and beautiful setting close to the beach.
